What we send

CAPA Resolve may send SMS text messages to a mobile phone number you provide for the following transactional and security-related purposes:

These are transactional messages sent in direct response to actions you take within the platform. They are not marketing messages, promotional offers, or third-party advertisements.

How you consent to receive messages

You provide consent to receive SMS messages from CAPA Resolve by voluntarily entering your mobile phone number within the CAPA Resolve platform and requesting or triggering a verification or security action that requires SMS delivery.

For example: when you enter a mobile number and request a one-time verification code, you are consenting to receive that code via SMS to the number you provided.

You are not required to provide a mobile phone number or consent to SMS messages to browse this website. SMS consent is specific to platform features that involve phone-based verification or security.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You will receive a message only when you initiate an action in the platform that requires SMS delivery (such as requesting a verification code). You will not receive unsolicited or recurring promotional messages.

Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CAPA Resolve does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Check with your mobile carrier if you are unsure about applicable rates.

How to opt out

To stop receiving SMS messages from CAPA Resolve, reply STOP to any text message we send. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS from CAPA Resolve to that number unless you re-enrol by providing your number again within the platform.

You may also opt out by contacting us at support@caparesolve.com with a request to remove your mobile number from SMS delivery.
